The CROSSRC HC10 features an authentic ladder frame chassis. Its main rails are precision-formed from 2mm high-quality aluminum alloy, and the front bumper is constructed from stamped steel. This combination gives the vehicle an overall lightweight yet high-strength build.
CROSSRC HC10 front suspension consists of a metal arched leaf spring paired with an independent shock absorber. The rear suspension employs an inverted metal arched leaf spring design, also known as a teeter-tandem structure. This setup not only meets heavy-load requirements but also delivers exceptional off-road traversability and stable ride dynamics.

CROSSRC HC10 rear axle wheel set utilizes a CNC-machined dual-wheel configuration to form a "dual rear tire" setup, paired with retro-style low-pressure off-road tires. This allows the HC10 to retain authentic vintage aesthetic details without compromising its actual off-road capability.
The CROSSRC HC10 comes pre-installed with an all-metal dual-axle off-road semi-automatic tow hitch at the rear, along with a metal trailer guide rail. This enables the HC10 to load/unload trailers and conduct trailer off-road driving on uneven terrain.
