The GOOSKY RS5 Ultra is a high-performance electric RC helicopter designed for pilots who want a rigid, precise and responsive 550/560-class machine for 3D flying.

Built as an evolution of the RS5 platform, the GOOSKY RS5 Ultra combines a reinforced airframe with CNC-machined 7075 aluminum components, a large swashplate, oversized drivetrain components and a belt-driven tail. The result is a compact mid-size helicopter with the mechanical layout and control authority expected from a serious 3D machine.

This version is supplied as an unassembled helicopter kit without main or tail blades, allowing experienced pilots to select their preferred motor, ESC, servos, flight controller, radio system and rotor blades.

BUILT FOR 3D FLYING：

The GOOSKY RS5 Ultra is designed around a 560mm main blade and a 550/560-class airframe.

Its rigid frame and reinforced rotor system are intended to maintain accurate control during fast cyclic inputs and aggressive 3D maneuvers. The oversized swashplate provides a direct and precise feel at the controls, while the larger drivetrain components are designed to handle the demands of a high-power electric setup.

For pilots who enjoy aerobatics, inverted flight, fast cyclic maneuvers and precision 3D flying, the RS5 Ultra provides a serious platform without moving into the much larger 700-class helicopter category.

CNC 7075 ALUMINUM CONSTRUCTION: 

The GOOSKY RS5 Ultra uses CNC-machined 7075 aluminum components in key mechanical areas.

7075 aluminum provides a high strength-to-weight ratio and is commonly used where rigidity and precise machining are important. The helicopter also uses high-strength 12.9-grade hardware and precision bearings throughout the drivetrain.

The reinforced structure helps keep the rotor system and drivetrain aligned under load, which is particularly important when flying at higher headspeeds or performing aggressive maneuvers.

REINFORCED MAIN ROTOR SYSTEM: 

The GOOSKY RS5 Ultra uses a 12mm main shaft and an 8mm feathering shaft.

The rotor head and swashplate are designed around the larger 560mm blade platform, giving the helicopter a strong mechanical foundation for fast cyclic response and precise control.

The one-piece 6mm tail shaft adds rigidity to the tail assembly while reducing the number of separate components in the tail drive.

BELT-DRIVEN TAIL: 

The tail rotor is driven through a 6mm wide belt.

A belt-driven tail keeps the transmission layout simple and provides an efficient way to transfer power to the tail rotor. The tail system uses a 75T front pulley and 16T tail pulley, with a published tail ratio of 4.6875:1.

The tail rotor diameter is approximately 259mm when paired with the specified 95mm tail blades.

LARGE 550/560-CLASS POWER PLATFORM: 

GOOSKY recommends a 4025 1100KV brushless motor and a 150A 6S ESC for the RS5 Ultra.

The recommended battery is a 6S 5000–5500mAh LiPo pack. The battery tray provides approximately 245 × 52 × 60mm of usable space.

Because this is a helicopter kit, the electronics are not pre-installed. Pilots can select the motor, ESC, servos, flybarless controller, receiver and transmitter according to their preferred setup.

SERVO COMPATIBILITY: 

The GOOSKY RS5 Ultra is designed for full-size cyclic and rudder servos.

Mini-size servos are not compatible with the recommended GOOSKY RS5 Ultra configuration. This is important when selecting electronics before starting the build.

The larger servo setup is intended to provide the torque and response required for a high-performance 550/560-class 3D helicopter.

QUICK-ACCESS BATTERY LAYOUT: 

The battery tray is positioned beneath the main frame and provides approximately 245 × 52 × 60mm of space.

The slide-in battery arrangement makes battery installation and removal straightforward while keeping the pack close to the center of the helicopter.

DESIGNED FOR EXPERIENCED RC PILOTS: 

The RS5 Ultra is not an RTF helicopter. It is a build kit intended for pilots who are comfortable selecting and installing their own electronics and setting up a flybarless helicopter.
