CROSSRC EMO JT6 launched the 1/10 6*6 climbing car EMO JT6, JT6 is the sixth model of EMO ultra-low center of gravity chassis. It adopts controllable two-speed gearbox, 6-wheel three-axle controllable differential lock (the front axle and rear axle are controlled by two steering gears respectively), reinforced door bridge and MUD mud tires with a diameter of 120mm
Chassis:
CROSSRC EMO JT6 ultra-low center of gravity distribution chassis adopts the front power system of the real hardcore off-road vehicle and the central transfer all-wheel drive form, so that the weight of the vehicle can be distributed in an extreme balance, making the off-road control more handy.
Three-axis bridge:
The third axle of CROSSRC EMO JT6 is directly driven from the central transfer case in a bridge-over way. Verified by AT6, this solution is more suitable for 6*6 climbing vehicles, and it can ensure that the power of the rear two bridges can directly reach the ground no matter whether it is rushing up a slope or crossing an obstacle. The problem of tooth sweeping in the way of through bridge is eliminated.
Differential lock control:
The CROSSRC EMO JT6 differential lock is controlled by dual servos, one differential lock servo for the front steering axle and one differential lock servo for the rear two axles. It can control the opening and closing of the differential lock more flexibly.
Driver core:
Low center of gravity, light weight, small size all-metal gear two-speed gearbox and rationally designed high and low speed ratios. The maximum reduction ratio of the low gear can reach 49.8, which is suitable for climbing with heavy loads. The matching high speed gear has a reduction ratio of 25.2, which is double the speed of the low gear, and it will not fall behind when traveling quickly. In 2021, some players use this gearbox to push the AT4 to a top speed of 110km/h. On this basis, CROSSRC EMO JT6 is also equipped with a 550 high-torque motor as standard.
Axle:
Imported reinforced material door bridge is adopted, and after the real vehicle impact test in Harbin and other extremely cold regions, it reaches the best balance point of steel and softness.
Shock absorber:
All-metal CNC finishing shock absorbers, together with specially tuned springs, can provide the most flexible axle posture while satisfying the support requirements.
MUD mud tires:
120x45, 1.9-inch MUD CLAWLER mud tires and lightweight sandwich wheels, the weight of the assembly is comparable to the "super wheels" made of carbon fiber, which can effectively reduce the load on the axle and enhance the explosive power of the vehicle. MUD CLAWLER mud tires use selected synthetic materials and are recommended by many riders, and their performance is very outstanding.
